Rev. Dr. William E. Randolph, Jr. has made it his life’s mission to equip, empower and encourage people with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. His message is clear and compelling: in order to impact, influence and transform society, Christians must serve beyond the walls of the church.
A native of Vallejo, CA. he was born to the late William E Randolph Sr. and Gwendolyn Y. Randolph. He accepted his call to ministry in 1982 under the leadership of the late Claybon Lea Sr. and currently serves as the Pastor of First Baptist Church in Yellow Springs, OH. Pastor Randolph matriculated at Golden Gate Theological Seminary (now Golden Gate Seminary) and Cedarville University.
He serves as the First-Vice Moderator for the Western Union Baptist District Association. He is also a member of the National Baptist Convention USA, Inc. as well as being Educational Chairman for the Dayton Baptist Pastors & Ministers Union. Pastor Randolph is also a featured lecturer for Pastors Legacy Ministries for the Pastoral Training Division. He has been blessed to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ across the length and breathe of this country and has participated in crusades in China and the Philippines.
He has received several community awards and in 2019 was awarded an honorary doctorate degree from the Zion Hill Theological Seminary in Dayton Ohio.
A devoted husband, Dr. Randolph is married to Florence Randolph and is the loving father of five children and fifteen grandchildren.
